Ordering and Cancellation Policy
Wicker Cushions On Line is the cushion division of Wicker Imports of Lancaster. We are a brick and mortar store and encourage you to stop in so feel the comfort and superiority of our cushions.
You will receive a receipt after your order is placed, please check it carefully for accuracy and report any changes within 48 hours. Any orders changed or canceled after the order is put into production (after the fabric is cut) is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Most orders will ship within 2 to 6 weeks depending on the season. Please call 717-560-6325 if you have any questions about availability of a specific product or fabric.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all information. We also accept checks, please make them payable to Wicker Imports and mail it to 1766 Oregon Pike, Lancaster PA 17601.
Items shipped to PA resident are subject to 6% sales tax. Orders to other states are tax free.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to be sure you received the right products and they were not damaged in transit. In the rare case of concealed damage, please call us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to address the situation. We will pay for return shipping and ship out a replacement at no charge on all damages. In the case of the wrong product shipped, please call us immediately and we will pay for return shipping and replace the incorrect product.All smaller items will be sent UPS or FEDEX. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
